Two kitchens, two kinds of call
The flats south of Santa Monica Boulevard and the estates above Sunset are different service problems wearing the same postcode. Parts for a rarely-used range are the same parts, but the list of what is worth checking while the panel is already off is longer, and it is cheaper to do it in one visit than to find the next seized valve in December.
